Practicing awareness requires quite a bit of energy.. so don’t be shocked if you find yourself feeling more tired as you practice awareness.

You may also find:

  • You’re hungrier.
  • Your brain feels more tired throughout the day.
  • Your short-tempered (at first).
  • Like you want to give up because it’s “too hard”.
  • Like you’re failing. (you’re not I promise. Keep going!!)

You’ve got this! I believe in you! Practicing awareness helps you get better with some time and these symptoms will fade away..
