How we show up in the world affects our relationship with others.

Often, we have correlating behaviors that are triggered by the emotions we feel, but unless we practice self-growth often, we aren’t even aware of how we behave in different moments.

Awareness gives us insight into how we show up in the world and how others perceive us.

Becoming aware of our behaviors allows us to view ourselves how others see us.

If you have a close friend who you trust and feel safe with, you can even ask them to provide some feedback about you and how they see you. (In a non-judgmental way of course).

Reflection Exercise:

  • Use the bubble, to pull out and freeze frame an experience you encounter and peer down into the bubble of the experience and view how are you behaving.
  • How are you interacting with those around you?
