Become an investigator of your life.. Learn to ask questions like why, where, and how – as you begin to explore why you do what you do and what programs you are running on.
By allowing yourself to practice awareness, you will start to understand what programs govern your life, the 95% that are running on autopilot will begin coming into your conscious mind, increasing your awareness from 5% to 7,10 or even 15%. The more awareness we have, the more growth we have.
As you become more aware of what you do, why you do it, and how you do it, you will notice that the modalities available to you to “update your programming” will become easier to implement.
