Life is like a butterfly …

Our process of emergence is often that of personal struggle to leave the familiar cocoon to spread our wings and fly.

It is through that struggle that we become who we are.

We learn to love all parts of ourselves…

Just as the butterfly emerges from the cocoon through personal struggle, no one can do it for us. If someone comes and opens the cocoon before it’s ready, the transformation we just went through doesn’t last.

Music is my Life

It always has been.. From the time I was a little girl, I have had a love for music, of all types. I appreciate the artistry that goes into making a song – the writing, the composition, the flow and vibe it leaves when listening to it.

Music has such a special place in my life, the right tune brings me up when I’m feeling low. Or if I need a good cry I know exactly what to play. When I need to feel inspired or uplifted, there’s a playlist for that too.

I’ve been curating these playlists for over a year to provide on this website – everything from Jazz, to spiritual rap and even my own songs. It’s amaZIng to me how much music affects our mood, drive and ability to accompany us through our journey.
